Abstract
El campo corresponde a la modificacion de la cinética de disolucion de sustancias o materiales particulados. Particularmente, la adaptacion de la cinética de disolucion de productos en polvo, por ejemplo, productos alimenticios en polvo con un proposito especifico. Con preferencia una partícula compuesta que se disuelve, la cual comprende al menos dos sub-partículas solubles solidas, al menos una de las cuales tiene un calor negativo de disolucion en el líquido en el cual la partícula compuesta se disolverá.
