Abstract

Esto se logra por una pieza de trabajo recubierta con una capa múltiple resistente al desgaste que comprende por lo menos una primera capa de soporte y una segunda capa nanocristalina, en donde la primera capa comprende un material de revestimiento de la siguiente composición (TiaAl1-a)N1-x-yCxOy con 0.4 < a < 0.6, y O < x y y < 0.3, o (AlbCr1-b)N1-x-yCXOY con 0.5 < b < 0.7, y 0 < x e y < 0.3. La segunda capa comprende una material de recubrimiento de la siguiente composición (Al1-c-d-eCrcSidMe)N1-x- yCxOy en donde M representa por lo menos un elemento de los metales de transición del grupo 4, 5, 6 de la tabla periódica excepto cromo y 0.2 < c < 0.35, 0 <d < 0.20, 0 < e < 0.04.
