Abstract

La presente invención trata de un revestimiento por lo menos parcialmente reticulado (K) compuesto de una zona de revestimiento cerca de la superficie (K1) y una zona de revestimiento de volumen (K2), el revestimiento puede obtenerse a partir de la composición de revestimiento que está compuesta de por lo menos dos componentes reticulables diferentes (Di) y (D2), por lo menos parte del componente (D1) tiene una ó más unidades estructurales tensioactivas, en donde (i) el revestimiento tanto la zona (K1) como en la zona (K2) es por lo menos parcialmente reticulado, y(ii) la densidad de reticulación del revestimiento en la zona (K1) es superior que la densidad de reticulación de la zona (K2). La invención también trata de revestimientos (K) en los cuales la concentración del componente (D1) en la zona de revestimiento cerca de la superficie (K1) es superior que la zona de revestimiento de volumen (K2).En donde la dureza de micropenetración y/o la resistencia a rayones en seco del revestimiento (K) es superior que la dureza de micropenetración y/o la resistencia a rayones en seco de un revestimiento por lo menos parcialmente reticulado (K´) que se puede obtener a partir de una composición de revestimiento que no contiene el componente reticulable.La invención además trata de sistemas de pintura multicapa en los cuales el revestimiento transparente está compuesto del revestimiento de la invención y también de métodos para controlar las propiedades de revestimientos por lo menos parcialmente reticulados.
