Abstract
Se describen mensajes de protocolo de tiempo de servidor STP y métodos de intercambio de los mismos para facilitar la sincronización de unidades de procesamiento de una red de temporización. Los mensajes de STP incluyen comandos de parámetros de tiempo de intercambio (XTP) y respuestas y comandos de control STP (STC) y respuestas. El procesamiento e intercambio de mensajes de XTP incluyen: generar un comando de mensaje de XTP en una primera unidad de procesamiento que incluye un campo de estampa de tiempo de transmisión de comandos ajustado por la primera unidad de procesamiento y un campo de estampa de tiempo de recepción de comandos que está sin ajustar por la primera unidad de procesamiento; transmitir el comando de mensaje de XTP a una segunda unidad de procesamiento, establecer el campo de estampa de tiempo de recepción de comandos en el comando de XTP con el tiempo en que el comando de XTP es recibido en la segunda unidad de procesamiento y generar una respuesta de mensaje de XTP en la segunda unidad de procesamiento, la respuesta de mensaje incluye la estampa de tiempo de transmisión de comandos establecida por la primera unidad de procesamiento y la estampa de tiempo de recepción de comandos establecida por la segunda unidad de procesamiento.
