Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo para trasplantar un conducto inyectable para trasplante autologo de condrocitos. Para este proposito, la presente invencion proporciona un metodo para trasplantar un condorcito inyectable para trasplante autologo de condrocitos, que comprende mezclar matrices que incluyen fibrina, acido hialuronico y colageno, que constituyen los ingredientes principales del cartilago animal, mediante el uso de un punta mezcladora terminal frontal de una jeringa, en tanto que inyectar la mezcla resultante en una region danada de cartilago. Adicionalmente, la presente invencion proporciona un metodo para trasplantar un condrocito inyectable para trasplante autologo de condrocitos, que comprende colocar 1 ml de un cultivo de condrocitos contenido en el Frasco No. 1 (rojo) en una jeringa esteril de 1 ml e inyectar el cultivo celular en el Frasco No. 2 (azul) que contiene polvo liofilizado (fibrinogeno) blanco o amarillo claro al insertar la jeringa en el Frasco No. 2 en la direccion vertical, tal que la concentracion de fibrinogeno esta en el intervalo de 10 mg/mL a 200 mg/mL; inyectar 1 ml de cultivo celular contenido en Frasco No. 1 (rojo) en el Frasco No. 3 (rojo, pequeno) que contiene polvo blanco liofilizado (trombina) al insertar la jeringa en el Frasco no. 3 en la direccion vertical, inyectando gradualmente de este modo liquido rojo; recolectar 0.1 cc de 1 ml de contenido del Frasco No. 3 (rojo, pequeno) usando una jeringa de 1 ml, seguido por inyeccion en un fondo del frasco No. 4 (amarillo) tal que la concentracion de trombina este en el intervalo de 1 IU/mL a 200 IU/mL; adicionar los contenidos completos de los dos frascos que contienen suspension de condrocitos al frasco No. 4 (amarillo) usando una jeringa esteril de 1 ml, seguido por mezclado de los contenidos dos o tres veces usando la jeringa; confirmar disolucion completa de los contenidos del frasco No. 2 (azul) y luego inyectar la totalidad del material disuelto en una jeringa de 1 ml; inyectar el agente terapeutico celular bien mezclado del frasco 4 (amarillo) en una jeringa de 1 ml; y montar dos jeringas de 1 ml rellenas con los contenidos del frasco No. 2( azul) y frasco No. 4 (amarillo) en un soporte de reposo seguido por el montaje de una punta roscada en las jeringas, y mezclado de los contenidos de las jeringas usando la punta mezcladora terminal frontal de la misma en tanto que se inyecta la mezcla resultante que se va a trasplantar en una region danada de cartilago de un animal. La presente invencion que tiene la construccion mencionada anteriormente proporciona efectos ventajosos tal como la solucion de inconveniente exhibidos por injerto osteoperiosteal convencional, al mezclar y trasplantar matrices que incluyen fibrina, acido hialuronico y colageno que son los ingredientes principales del cartilago; tratamiento de una amplia variedad de defectos de cartilago; tratamiento de una amplia variedad de defectos de cartilago y osteoartritis severa; alivio de agobio de pacientes que se van a tratar mediante metodo simplificado de operacion quirurgica; y promocion de este modo de generacion mas rapida y mas efectiva de cartilago, dando por resultado satisfaccion mejorada del cliente.
