Abstract
MéTODO SIMPLES DE TRANSPLANTE DE CONDRóCITOS INJETáVEIS PARA O TRANSPLANTE AUTOLOGO DE CONDRóCITOS. Que compreende a mistura de matrizes contendo fibrina, ácido hialurónico e colágeno, que constituem os principais ingredientes da cartilagem de origem animal, por meio do uso de uma ponta misturadora frontal de uma seringa, enquanto a mistura resultante é injetada em uma região cartilaginosa lesionada. Além disso, a presente invenção apresenta um método de transplante de condrócitos injetáveis para o transplante de condrócitos autólogos, que compreende as seguintes etapas: colocar 1 ml de uma cultura de condrócitos contida no Frasco No. 1 (Vermelho) em um seringa estéril de 1 ml e injetar a cultura celular no Frasco No. 2 (Azul) contendo pó liofilizado branco ou amarelo claro (fibrinogênio), por meio da inserção da seringa no Frasco No. 2, no sentido vertical, de tal modo que a concentração de fibrinogênio varie entre 10 mg/ml e 200 mg/ml; Injetar 1 ml da cultura celular contidas no Frasco No. 1 (Vermelho) no Frasco No. 3 (Vermelho, pequeno) contendo pó branco liofilizado (trombina), por meio da inserção da seringa no Frasco No. 3, na direção vertical, injetando, assim, gradualmente o liquido vermelho; Coletar 0,1 cc do conteúdo de 1 ml do Frasco No. 3 (Vermelho, pequeno), por meio do uso de uma seringa de 1 ml, e, em seguida, injetar no fundo do Frasco No. 4 (Amarelo), de tal modo que a concentração de trombina varie entre 1 UI/mI e 200 UI/mI; Adicionar todo o conteúdo de dois frascos contendo a suspensão de condrócitos ao Frasco No. 4 (Amarelo), por meio do uso de uma seringa estéril de 1 ml, e, em seguida, misturar o conteúdo (duas ou três vezes), utilizando a seringa; Confirmar a completa dissolução do conteúdo do Frasco No. 2 (Azul) e, em seguida, injetar todo o material dissolvido, em uma seringa de 1 ml; Injetar o agente terapêutico celular bem misturado do Frasco 4 (Amarelo) em uma seringa de 1 ml, e; Montar duas seringas de 1 ml cheias com o conteúdo do Frasco No. 2 (Azul) e do Frasco No. 4 (Amarelo) em um suporte fixo, e, em seguida, montar uma ponta misturadora frontal nas seringas e misturar os conteúdos das seringas, por meio do uso da ponta misturadora frontal, enquanto a mistura resultante a ser transplantada é injetada em uma região cartilaginosa lesionada de um animal. A presente invenção com a construção acima mencionada oferece efeitos vantajosos, como, por exemplo: solução para as inconveniências apresentadas pelo enxerto osteoperiosteal convencional, através da mistura e do transplante de matrizes contendo fibrina, ácido hialurónico e colágeno, que são os ingredientes principais da cartilagem; tratamento de uma grande variedade de defeitos de cartilagem e osteoartrite grave; alívio do sofrimento de pacientes a serem tratados, através de um método simplificado de operação cirúrgica, e; a conseqúente promoção da geração da cartilagem, de forma mais rápida e eficaz, o que resulta em melhor satisfação do paciente.
