Abstract
Las diversas modalidades no limitantes de la presente invencion se refieren a un aglutinante basado en proteina o un sistema de recubrimiento para sistemas alimenticios tipo material particulado y/o polvo, por ejemplo, para formar barras alimenticias nutritivas listas para comerse, barras de proteina, piezas de bocadillo, o aglomerados de cereal, donde el aglutinante comprende un aislado modificado de proteina de trigo.
