Abstract
Proporcionar un metodo para el tratamiento preventivo de la formacion del polvo de un material formador de polvo usando un agente de tratamiento preventivo del polvo consistente en una dispersion acuosa de PTFE que tiene un menor potencial de causar problemas ambientales, cuyo metodo es tan efectivo como el metodo conocido y ademas tiene una menor posibilidad de problemas ambientales, y proporcionar el material tratado para la prevencion del polvo obtenido por tratamiento del material formador de polvo con el metodo. El metodo de tratamiento preventivo del polvo para un material formador de polvo en el que se evita el polvo derivado del material formador de polvo mezclando una composicion de tratamiento preventivo del polvo consistente en una dispersion acuosa de politetrafluoroetileno que contiene 50 ppm o menos de un emulsor que contiene fluor con el material formador de polvo y formando luego fibrillas de politetrafluoroetileno ejerciendo una fuerza de compresion/corte sobre la mezcla anterior a una temperatura de aproximadamente 20 degree Ca 200 degree C, y el material tratado para la prevencion de polvo obtenido tratando el material formador de polvo con el metodo.
