Abstract
En la presente se contempla un aparato automatico y metodo de coloracion y recuperacion de antigenos para portaobjetos de microscopio que incorporan una pluralidad de compartimientos de reaccion presurizables miniaturizados que pueden operar individualmente para procesar individual e independientemente una pluralidad de portaobjetos de microscopio individuales. El aparato incorpora de preferencia elementos de soporte de portaobjetos que se pueden mover independientemente y que tienen cada uno una placa de calentamiento que puede calentarse individualmente. Cada elemento de soporte de portaobjetos soporta de preferencia un solo portaobjetos de microscopio. Cada portaobjetos de microscopio puede ser encerrado dentro de un compartimiento de reaccion presurizable individual. Presiones que excedan una atmosfera o menos de una atmosfera pueden crearse y mantenerse en el compartimiento de reaccion antes de, durante o despues de que empiece el calentamiento del portaobjetos. Gracias a la capacidad de presurizar y regular la presion dentro del compartimiento de reaccion, y de calentar individualmente cada portaobjetos, cada portaobjetos y una solucion liquida o reactivo sobre el mismo puede ser calentado hasta temperaturas que no podrian ser obtenidas sin el ambiente presurizado encerrado del compartimiento de reaccion. Tambien se puede usar una tira de suministro de reactivo que tenga una pluralidad de modulos de reactivo reconfigurables.
