Abstract

Un dispositivo para la extracción de un ácido nucleico de un espécimen biológico, que comprende: 5 un sustrato (500); un soporte del chip (600) que está dispuesto en la superficie superior del sustrato (500) y que incluye una parte de recepción (650) del chip que tiene la forma de una placa con una superficie horizontal en estrecho contacto con una superficie inferior de un chip de microfluidos para la extracción de ácidos nucleicos; un calentador (700) en forma de un bloque de calentamiento de tipo placa de contacto, estando el calentador (700) dispuesto en la superficie horizontal de la parte de recepción (650) del chip y hecho para aplicar calor a una parte de toda la superficie inferior del chip de microfluidos (1) para la extracción de ácidos nucleicos instalada en la parte de recepción (650) del chip; y un chip de microfluidos (1) para la extracción de ácidos nucleicos que tiene la forma de una placa con una superficie horizontal superior y una superficie inferior horizontal, en el que el chip de microfluidos (1) comprende: una parte de entrada (10); para recibir un espécimen biológico una parte de salida (60) para recuperar el ácido nucleico extraído; un canal (70) que conecta la parte de entrada (10) y la parte de salida (60); un primer filtro (30) y un segundo filtro (50), en el que el primer filtro (30) y el segundo filtro (50) están dispuestos dentro del canal (70) y en el que el primer filtro (30) y el segundo filtro (50) están configurados para permitir que una sustancia que tiene un tamaño equivalente de un ácido nucleico pase a través; una parte de separación (40) de ácido nucleico, en la que la parte de separación (40) de ácido nucleico está situada entre el primer filtro (30) y el segundo filtro (50), y en la que dicha parte de separación (40) de ácido nucleico comprende una sustancia de unión (45) a ácido nucleico capaz de unirse específicamente al ácido nucleico; y una parte de calentamiento (20), en la que la parte de calentamiento (20) está dispuesta dentro del canal (70) y está situada entre la parte de entrada (10) y el primer filtro (30), en la que la parte de calentamiento (20) está configurada para transferir el calor obtenido del calentador (700) a un espécimen biológico introducido a través de la parte de entrada (10).
