Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a composiciones radiofarmaceuticas de 99mTc estabilizadas del ligando tetrofosmina, que incluyen un radioprotector de ascorbato o acido ascorbico, en la ausencia de un conservador antimicrobiano. La invencion tambien proporciona kits liofilizados adecuados para la preparacion a granel de multiples dosis de paciente de unidad de complejos de metal 99mTc-tetrofosmin. Tambien se describen dosis de unidad de 99mTc-tetrofosmin, junto con procesos para preparar tales dosis de unidad a partir de vial de volumen liofilizado.
