Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para operar un torno de izar que tiene un motor de corriente alterna que impulsa rotatoriamente un tambor y una fuente de alimentación de corriente alterna, de frecuencia selectivamente variable, conectada al motor, incluyendo dicho método la detección de la desviación de la velocidad real del motor respecto a una velocidad deseada, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: percibir la frecuencia de la potencia suministrada al motor y producir una señal de suministro de frecuencia, representativa de esa frecuencia; percibir la velocidad real del motor y producir una señal de velocidad, indicativa de la velocidad real; determinar la diferencia entre la señal de suministro de frecuencia y la señal de velocidad, y producir una señal de diferencia, representativa de esa diferencia; seleccionar un primer valor de frecuencia, representativo de una velocidad de motor que no debe excederse, como resultado de las variaciones en la frecuencia de suministro de potencia y ninguna otra fuerza que afecte la velocidad del motor; producir una primera señal, indicativa del primer valor de frecuencia; y comparar la señal de diferencia con la primera señal y producir una señal de salida si la primera es mayor que la segunda.
