Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif générateur de courant électrique. Il comporte une génératrice et un dispositif d'entraînement à rapport variable qui permet de faire tourner la génératrice à une vitesse constante dans une large plage de vitesses d'un arbre d'entrée. Le dispositif de transmission comporte un train différentiel épicycloïdal dont la couronne extérieure est entraînée à une vitesse variable par des unités hydrauliques de manière à modifier le rapport de transmission. Les unités hydrauliques sont entraînées par l'arbre d'entrée et réagissent à un signal dont la fréquence représente la vitesse de la génératrice. L'invention s'applique notamment à la production d'un courant électrique triphasé à 400 Hertz dans un aéronef.
