Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una manta de apoyo que se extiende a través de un agarre extendido definido por una zapata y un rodillo de respaldo de acción cooperativa para exprimir agua de una banda formada, comprendiendo dicha manta; una tela de base tejida que define un lado de la banda y un lado de la zapata; una sola capa de uretano impermeable al líquido aplicada a dicho lado de la banda de dicha tela de base, de manera que la capa de uretano penetra completamente en y a través de dicha tela de base para que cuando la capa de uretano se cure, dicha capa de uretano defina una cara de la banda y una cara de la zapata; estando dicha cara de la banda espaciada en relación con dicho lado de la banda, definiendo la cara de la banda una pluralidad de medios de ventilación para transportar agua exprimida de la banda lejos del agarre extendido; y estando dicha cara substancialmente coplanar con el lado de la zapata de dicha tela de base de tal manera que la cara de la zapata es relativamente suave para cooperar y moverse en relación con la zapata.
