Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a material compuesto estratificado mejorado, para elementos deslizantes aplicables en motores de combustión interna, que comprende por lo menos una capa portadora con propiedades de cojinete deslizante y al menos propiedades de corrimiento en emergencia, así como una capa deslizante que posee fibras de refuerzo con buenas propiedades deslizantes junto con una elevada resistencia a alatas temperaturas, eligiendose entre los grupos de materiales de carbono, plásticos, vidrios, cerámica natural y sintética, metales y aleaciones en una matriz formada por plástico eventualmente en combinación con aditivos que mejoran las propiedades de deslizamiento, en donde los aditivos eventualmente presentes contienen, para mejorar las propiedades de deslizamiento, partículas sólidas con una fracción granular inferior o igual a 40 um, caracterizado porque incluye una matriz de poliéstersulfona.
