技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展与能源问题突出,风能发电越来越受到国家的重视,轴承作为风电的部件,对风电设备安全稳定的使用起着重要作用。现阶段风力发电轴承要求比较高,尤其用于支撑转子的主轴承,在自重、风力与风向的作用下,主轴机组会产生振动,使主轴轴承需要承担高的载荷和优异耐磨性能。现阶段主轴轴承还是以滚珠轴承为主,但其存在使用寿命有限、体积大、成本高等缺点,而滑动轴承具有径向尺寸小、承载能力强、工作平稳可靠、无噪声、成本低等优势,使用滑动轴承替代滚动轴承是风电行业的发展趋势之一。
滑动轴承是在滑动摩擦下工作的轴承,风电滑动轴承大多以金属+聚醚醚酮(PEEK)轴承为主,如专利号:CN 212219381 U专利名称:金属塑料复合材料滑动轴承,专利公开了一种新型金属塑料复合材料滑动轴承,涉及滑动轴承制造技术领域,尤其涉及由新型杂环高性能改性工程塑料和改性聚醚醚酮金属塑料复合材料制成的适合于核主泵、水轮发电机、风电、齿轮箱、船舶等机械设备的金属塑料复合材料滑动轴承。
聚醚醚酮(PEEK)因其优异的耐磨与机械性能在风电轴承中应用广泛,但因其材料价格高昂,导致轴承生产原料的成本较高,使得滑动轴承价格一直居高不下。
因此亟需一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承及其制备方法。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,包括滑动层、中间层与支撑层,所述滑动层由基体树脂、耐磨粉体、芳纶纤维、晶须及偶联剂制成;所述中间层由金属制成,其表面均匀开设有若干通孔,孔隙率为30-70%;所述支撑层由低碳钢、不锈钢、铝、铜或上述的合金物制成。
通过采用上述技术方案,芳纶纤维与晶须都有增强与耐磨性能,两者协同改性能有效地提高材料的承载能力与耐磨性,且本发明中采用材料的价格相较于由聚醚醚酮较低,节省了材料成本,降低了滑动轴承的生产成本。
本发明进一步设置为:所述基体树脂具体为聚苯硫醚、聚芳醚腈及高温尼龙中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物,其耐温≥200℃、硬度≥60HD。
本发明进一步设置为:所述耐磨粉体具体为聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼、二硫化钨、超高分子量聚乙烯中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物,其耐磨系数≤0.1。
本发明进一步设置为:所述晶须具体为碳化硅晶须、氧化铝晶须、莫来石晶须、氧化锌晶须、碳酸钙晶须、硫酸钙晶须及陶瓷晶须中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物。
本发明进一步设置为:所述晶须的直径为0.05-10um。
本发明进一步设置为:所述芳纶纤维的直径为5-30um。
本发明进一步设置为:所述偶联剂为硬脂酸与钛酸酯偶联剂混合物,硬脂酸:钛酸酯偶联剂=1:3-3:1,偶联剂用量为混合物质量的1%-5%。
本发明进一步设置为:所述滑动层内各部分质量比——基体树脂:耐磨粉体:芳纶纤维:晶须=75:10:5:10。
本发明进一步设置为:所述中间层的一侧开设有若干注料槽,每个所述注料槽连通于一组水平方向上的通孔。
一种用于上述任意滑动轴承的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将耐磨粉体、芳纶纤维及晶须放入高混机中混合,得到混合均匀的混合物;
2)、将硬质酸与钛酸酯偶联剂放入无水乙醇中,搅拌2-5min,使其充分溶解;
3)、在将步骤1)中的混合物投入步骤2)的无水乙醇中进行超声分散10-15min;
4)、将步骤3)中超声完成的混合物取出烘干;
5)、将步骤4)中烘干后的混合物体通过挤出得到高分子塑料粒子;
6)、将基体树脂粒子与步骤中5)中得到的高分子塑料粒子进行混合后,通过挤塑机得到相关型材,得到滑动层;
7)、通过真空烧结工艺制成支撑层;
8)、通过青铜粉或金属网烧结在步骤7)中的支撑层表面,形成中间层;
9)、将步骤6)中制得的滑动层套设于步骤8)中的中间层表面,并通过在通孔中注射热熔胶对中间层、支撑层、滑动层进行固定连接。
本发明具有以下有益效果:芳纶纤维与晶须都有增强与耐磨性能,两者协同改性能有效地提高材料的承载能力与耐磨性,且本发明中采用材料的价格相较于由聚醚醚酮较低,节省了材料成本,降低了滑动轴承的生产成本。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“底面”和“顶面”、“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
具体实施例一
如图所示,一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,包括滑动层1、中间层2与支撑层3,
滑动层由基体树脂、耐磨粉体、芳纶纤维、晶须及偶联剂制成;
中间层由金属制成,其表面均匀开设有若干通孔4,孔隙率为30-70%;
支撑层由低碳钢、不锈钢、铝、铜或上述的合金物制成。
其中晶须的直径为1um-8umum,芳纶纤维的直径为10-20um,芳纶纤维与晶须都有增强与耐磨性能,两者协同改性能有效地提高材料的承载能力与耐磨性,且本发明中采用材料的价格相较于由聚醚醚酮较低,节省了材料成本,降低了滑动轴承的生产成本。
基体树脂具体为聚苯硫醚、聚芳醚腈及高温尼龙中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物,其耐温≥200℃、硬度≥60HD,以保证滑动层的耐热性能,并具有良好的硬度,防止其在一定的外力作用下造成表面损坏。
耐磨粉体具体为聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼、二硫化钨、超高分子量聚乙烯中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物,其耐磨系数≤0.1,从而降低其表面与齿轮间的摩擦力,减少摩擦对其表面造成的损伤。
晶须具体为碳化硅晶须、氧化铝晶须、莫来石晶须、氧化锌晶须、碳酸钙晶须、硫酸钙晶须及陶瓷晶须中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物,
偶联剂为硬脂酸与钛酸酯偶联剂混合物,用于改善基体树脂与耐磨粉体、芳纶和晶须的相容性,进一步提高滑动层的耐磨性,其中硬脂酸:钛酸酯偶联剂=1:3-3:1,偶联剂用量为混合物质量的1%-5%。
滑动层内各部分质量比——基体树脂:耐磨粉体:芳纶纤维:晶须=75:10:5:10。
中间层的一侧开设有若干注料槽5,每个注料槽连通于一组水平方向上的通孔,当滑动层、中间层与支撑层套接后,通过才注料槽内注射热熔胶,热熔胶进入到通孔内,当热熔胶冷却后可对滑动层、中间层与支撑层进行固定连接。
具体实施例二
一种用于上述滑动轴承的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将耐磨粉体、芳纶纤维及晶须放入高混机中混合,得到混合均匀的混合物;
2)、将硬质酸与钛酸酯偶联剂放入无水乙醇中,搅拌2-5min,使其充分溶解;
3)、在将步骤1)中的混合物投入步骤2)的无水乙醇中进行超声分散10-15min;
4)、将步骤3)中超声完成的混合物取出烘干;
5)、将步骤4)中烘干后的混合物体通过挤出得到高分子塑料粒子;
6)、将基体树脂粒子与步骤中5)中得到的高分子塑料粒子进行混合后,通过挤塑机得到相关型材,得到滑动层;
7)、通过真空烧结工艺制成支撑层;
8)、通过青铜粉或金属网烧结在步骤7)中的支撑层表面,形成中间层;
9)、将步骤6)中制得的滑动层套设于步骤8)中的中间层表面,在注料槽的一端注射热熔胶,热熔胶进入到通孔以对中间层、支撑层、滑动层起到固定作用。
将通过不同比例偶联剂制成的滑动层参照GB/T 3960-2016塑料滑动摩擦磨损试验方法进行测试,测试结果如表一所示:

由表一可知,偶联剂的处理能有效地提高材料的耐磨性能,其中当硬脂酸:钛酸酯偶联剂=2:1时,效果最优。
当偶联剂内的硬脂酸:钛酸酯=2:1时,通过不同制备原料制成的滑动层参照GB/T3960-2016塑料滑动摩擦磨损试验方法进行测试,测试结果如表二所示:

由表二可知,采用聚苯硫醚+聚芳醚腈+聚四氟乙烯+芳纶+陶瓷晶须/碳化硅晶须=1:1制成的滑动层时,效果最优。

Claims (10)
1.一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,包括滑动层、中间层与支撑层,其特征在于:
所述滑动层由基体树脂、耐磨粉体、芳纶纤维、晶须及偶联剂制成;
所述中间层由金属制成,其表面均匀开设有若干通孔,孔隙率为30-70%;
所述支撑层由低碳钢、不锈钢、铝、铜或上述的合金物制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述基体树脂具体为聚苯硫醚、聚芳醚腈及高温尼龙中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物,其耐温≥200℃、硬度≥60HD。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述耐磨粉体具体为聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼、二硫化钨、超高分子量聚乙烯中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物,其耐磨系数≤0.1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述晶须具体为碳化硅晶须、氧化铝晶须、莫来石晶须、氧化锌晶须、碳酸钙晶须、硫酸钙晶须及陶瓷晶须中的一种或其中两种及以上的混合物。
5.根据权利要求6所述的一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述晶须的直径为0.05-10um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述芳纶纤维的直径为5-30um。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硬脂酸与钛酸酯偶联剂混合物,硬脂酸:钛酸酯偶联剂=1:3-3:1,偶联剂用量为混合物质量的1%-5%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述滑动层内各部分质量比——基体树脂:耐磨粉体:芳纶纤维:晶须=75:10:5:10。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种风电用芳纶晶须改性高分子滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述中间层的一侧开设有若干注料槽,每个所述注料槽连通于一组水平方向上的通孔。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述滑动轴承的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)、将耐磨粉体、芳纶纤维及晶须放入高混机中混合,得到混合均匀的混合物;
2)、将硬质酸与钛酸酯偶联剂放入无水乙醇中,搅拌2-5min,使其充分溶解;
3)、在将步骤1)中的混合物投入步骤2)的无水乙醇中进行超声分散10-15min;
4)、将步骤3)中超声完成的混合物取出烘干;
5)、将步骤4)中烘干后的混合物体通过挤出得到高分子塑料粒子;
6)、将基体树脂粒子与步骤中5)中得到的高分子塑料粒子进行混合后,通过挤塑机得到相关型材,得到滑动层;
7)、通过真空烧结工艺制成支撑层;
8)、通过青铜粉或金属网烧结在步骤7)中的支撑层表面,形成中间层;
9)、将步骤6)中制得的滑动层套设于步骤8)中的中间层表面,并通过在通孔中注射热熔胶对中间层、支撑层、滑动层进行固定连接。
