Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a aparato para enfriar gases y/o vapores de plantas para el tratamiento de metal no ferroso y recuperación del calor de la descarga de gases, que comprende: una cámara de calcinación en la cual se lleva a cabo el tratamiento de mineral no ferroso; una cámara de recuperación de calor de la descarga de gases dispuesta encima de la cámara de calcinación y que tiene una sección substancialmente igual a la parte superior de la cámara de calcinación, esta cámara de recuperación de calor de la descarga de gases comprende una pluralidad de tubos verticalmente colocados con superficies dispuestas lado a lado en contacto mutuo íntimo para definir una estructura de flecha de enfriamiento a través de la cual fluye la descarga de gases a altas temperaturas que se van a enfriar; una estructura de soporte de metal vertical dispuesta adyacente a o que se adhiere a la estructura de flecha de enfriamiento, esta estructura de soporte termina en un extremo inferior en una pata fija que soporta una pared compuesta de uno o más cursos de ladrillos refractarios que protegen el extremo inferior de la estructura de metal de las descargas de gases a alta temperatura; medios de cabecera para introducir el agua presurizada en los tubos verticalmente colocados; medios para recuperar agua caliente o vapor de los tubos; y medios de percusión para acoplamiento con los tubos para sacudir las impurezas que se depositan sobre las superficies de tubo, con lo cual a causa de que la cámara de recuperación de calor de la descarga de gases está dispuesta arriba de la cámara de calcinación, las impurezas que son aflojadas de las superficies de los tubos por los medios de percusión, caen de regreso a la cámara de calcinación.
