Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un montaje o conjunto de sellado térmico para sellar y, simultáneamente, cortar a través de cuando menos dos capas de película termoplástica, que comprende dos mordazas y un elemento de sellado térmico de impulso eléctrico, cuando menos una de las mencionadas mordazas es capaz de moverse transversalmente y adaptarse para plegar una película tubular fabricada a partir de la película termoplástica y pasar entre las mordazas, la primera de las mordazas tiene un elemento montado en la misma y la segunda de las mordazas tiene una almohadilla elástica montada en la misma, el cual montaje está caracterizado porque: i) el elemento para sellar térmicamente comprende dos aletas agrandadas, planas, de metal, unidas por medio de un segmento agrandado arqueado de metal, cada orilla lateral del segmento agrandado se une a una orilla lateral de una de las aletas agrandadas, los planos de las aletas coinciden en un ángulo de desde 140 hasta 180 grados, el segmento está en el costado angular excluído de los planos, ii) la primera mordaza se diseña de metal y tiene una base de elemento, la base de elemento consiste de dos superficies planas que coinciden en un ápice agrandado en un ángulo que es sustancialmente el mismo que el ángulo entre los planos de las aletas agrandadas del elemento, el elemento y la base de elemento se construyen de tal manera que haya un espacio libre de aire entre el ápice y el segmento agrandado arqueado del elemento, y una o dos superficies de sujeción longitudinales, cada una de las superficies de sujeción está adyacente a la base de elemento y tiene una multiplicidad de ranurs transversales en la misma y iii) la segunda mordaza tiene una almohadilla elástica montada sobre la cara o superficie plana que se adapta para cooperar con la primera mordaza, la almohadilla elástica, la base de elemento y las superficies de sujeción de la primera mordaza se adaptan de tal manera que cuando la primera y la segunda mordazas se mueven para ponerse en contacto una con la otra, la almohadilla elástica y las superficies de sujeción retienen firmemente las películas termoplásticas entre las mismas, y la almohadilla elástica y el segmento agrandado del elemento de sellado térmico ejercen suficiente fuerza uno sobre el otro, de manera que cuando el elemento de sellado térmico se calienta eléctricamente, las películas termoplásticas se sellan y se cortan por medio del elemento de sellado térmico.
