Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a cámara mezcladora adaptada para recibir una pluralidad de componentes, a partir de fuentes respectivas de los mismos, para formar una espuma, que va a descargarse de la misma, comprendiendo la cámara mezcladora un núcleo de material deformable, que tiene una perforación axial, que se extiende longitudinalmente, a través de la misma y un par de aberturas de entrada colocadas en el núcleo, en comunicación con la perforación para suministrar los componentes de fluido desde las fuentes respectivas a la perforación; una varilla de válvula de material no deformable, recíproca dentro de la perforación para abrir y cerrar las aberturas de entrada; miembros de entrada insertados en las aberturas de entrada dentro del núcleo y construidos de material no deformable y un alojamiento alargado de material no deformable, que recibe el núcleo, dentro de un extremo del mismo; caracterizada por un resorte de compresión, colocado dentro del alojamiento, en acoplamiento con una porción del núcleo, aplicando el resorte de compresión, una fuerza compresiva continua contra la porción del núcleo para comprimir el núcleo en una dirección axial y radial, contra la superficie interna del alojamiento, la superficie exterior de la varilla de válvula y la superficie exterior de los miembros de entrada.
