Claims (8)

  1. 축방향으로 뻗어 있는 구멍(14)을 구비하고 있는 마스터실린더 하우징(12)과, 상기 구멍(14)에 유체를 제공하는 저장소(70)와, 부착된 베아링부재(18)를 구비하고 있으며 상기 구멍(14)안에 슬리이브부재(20)를 보유하고 있는 상기 하우징(12)의 단부(16)와, 상기 마스터실린더 하우징(12)과 관련된 한쌍의 피스톤(30,40)과 상기 베아링부재(18)내의 구멍(26)을 통하여 뻗어있는 상기 한쌍의 피스톤중 하나의 피스톤(30)을 구비하고 있는 마스터실린더에 있어서, 상기 하나의 피스톤(30)의 피스톤단부(32)는 급속중전시일(120), 탄성부재(140) 및 피스톤단부(32)와 슬리이브부재(20)사이에 배치되어 있는 랜드부재(130)을 구비하고 있고, 급속충전시일(120)은 랜드부재(130)내에 있는 포켓(132)과 소통하는 관통구멍(123)을 구비하고 있으며, 포켓(132)은 랜드부재(130)내의 통로(133)와 소통하고 있고, 탄성부재(140)는 급속충전시일(120) 및 랜드부재(130)사이에 위치되어 있고, 하나의 피스톤(30)의 이동은 구멍(14)내의 압력상승을 실행하고 탄성부재(140)가 소정의 압력에서 포켓(132) 안으로 변형하게하며 구멍(14)내의 압력이 관통구멍(123)을 통하여 탄성부재(140)주위를 거쳐 포켓(132) 및 통로(133)를 통하여 소통되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 실린더.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브 부재(20)의 단부는 그안에 세로방향의 홈(28)을 구비하고 있고, 하나의 피스톤(30)의 이동은 홈(28)과 일직선으로 급속충전시일(120)을 홈안으로 이동시켜 유체가 시일(120)을 지나 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 실린더.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 랜드부재(130)는 피스톤단부(32) 및 상기 슬리이브부재(20)와 맞물려 있는 유연한 시일(90)사이에 배치도어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 실린더.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 리테이너(80)는 피스톤단부(32)및 슬리이브부재(20) 사이에 배치되어 있고, 리테이너(80)는 유체가 소통되도록 하는 관통구멍(82)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 실린더.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(30,40)중 하나의 피스톤(40)은 그곳에 배치된 리테이너(43)를 구비하고 있고, 리테이너(43)는 저장소(70)와의 유체소통을 위한 관통구멍(44)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 실린더.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브 부재(20)의 안쪽에 그리고 하나의 피스톤(30)의 단부(32)주위에 배치되어 있고, 상기 유연한 시일(90) 부위에 맞물려 있는 링부재(100)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 실린더.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 슬리이브 부재(20)의 다른 단부는 홈(22)를 구비하고 있으며, 홈(22)의 일단부는 상기 급속충전시일(120)의 유연한 부위(122)에 의해 물려있고 그리고 홈(22)의 타단부는 링부재(100)에 인접해 있는 어깨부(21)를 구비하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 실린더.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 슬리이브부재(20)의 단부, 유연한 시일(90), 및 랜드부재(130)는 보조챔버(170)를 형성하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 실린더.
