Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para la fabricación de hojas de resina termoplástica, que comprende extruir la resina termoplástica fundida a una velocidad de extrusión V, a través de una hendidura provista en el molde de extrusión, para así formar hojas de resina termoplástica con superficies realzadas; donde la resina termoplástica es extruída desde la hendidura en el molde de extrusión, con tales condiciones que la relación V/H de la velocidad de extrusión V al ancho H de la hendidura, exceda un valor crítico (V/H)c, este valor crítico (V/H)c es la relación de la velocidad de extrusión al ancho de la hendidura del molde, que corresponde al valor mínimo de la rugosidad del realzado formado sobre la superficie de las hojas de resina termoplástica, en que la rugosiad del realzado comienza a aumentar después de disminuir inicialmente, cuando la hoja de resina termoplástica se fabrica con condiciones donde la relación de V/H es aumentada progresivamente.
