Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para purificar fluoruro de hidrógeno, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: a) poner en contacto fluoruro de hidrógeno anhidro que contiene impurezas de arsenico con una cantidad efectiva de un compuesto de azufre capaz de proporcionar iones sulfuro, para precipitar el sulfuro de arsenico y b) recuperar el sulfuro de hidrógeno anhidro purificado que tiene cantidades reducidas de impurezas de arsenico.
