Claims (13)
- (a) 비소 불순물을 함유하는 무수 불화수소를 황화물 이온을 제공할 수 있는 효과적인 양의 화 화합물과 접촉시켜 황화 비소를 침전시키고, 및 (b) 감소된 양의 비소 불순물을 갖는 정제된 무수 불화수소를 회수하는 단계로 구성되는 불화수소를 정제하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비소 불순물이 3가 비로소 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 황 화합물이 황화수소, 알칼리 금속 황화물, 알칼리 토금속 황화물 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 황 화합물이 황화수소인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회수가 증류에 의한 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회수가 여과에 의한 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회수가 증류에 의한 것인 방법.

- (a)불순물로서 3가 비소를 함유하는 무수 불화수소를 화학량론적 과량의 황화수소(여기서, 상기 화학량론은 3가 비소를 As2S3로 전환시키는 것을 기초로 함)와 약 0℃-약 100℃의 온도에서 As2S3를 침전시키기에 충분한 시간동안 접촉시키고, 및 (b)감소된 양의 3가 비소를 갖는 정제된 무수 불화수소를 회수하는 단계로 구성되는 불화수소를 정제하기 위한 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 정제된 무수 불화수소의 회수가 증류에 의한 것인 방법.
