Abstract

El ácido fosfórico de la vía húmeda se calienta, preferiblemente en un aparato de carbono y haciendo pasar una corriente alterna a través del ácido, a concentraciones superiores al 76% de P2O5 y preferiblemente a temperaturas superiores a 500ºC para separar el sulfato y el fluoruro y convertir las impurezas orgánicas y básicas en un precipitado filtrable, el ácido se separa del precipitado para obtener un producto cristalizable de gran pureza.
