Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para procesar partículas, caracterizado porque comprende: un lecho vibratorio que incluye una placa de lecho dispuesta horizontalmente, un soporte llevado por la placa de lecho, una flecha dispuesta verticalmente llevada por el soporte, al menos dos montajes generadores de vibración espaciados verticalmente sobre la flecha, al menos uno de los montajes generadores de vibración tiene un peso ajustable radialmente en relación a la flecha y circunferencialmente ajustable en relación al otro montaje generador de vibración, en donde la rotación de la flecha imparte movimiento giratorio vibracional a la placa de lecho un recipiente para que las partículas sean transportadas por la placa de lecho, cuando menos tres pasadores separados equidistantemente en la placa de lecho y proyectándose hacia arriba, una superficie en forma fruto-cónica en la porción de extremo de cada pasador, y cuando menos tres enchufes espaciados equidistantemente en el recipiente, en alineamiento con los pasadores, un rebajo abierto hacia abajo en el enchufe que tiene una superficie en forma frusto-cónica que define una pared del mismo, los pasadores se alojan en los enchufes con al menos una de las superficies frusto-cónicas en un pasador, en contacto directo con cuando menos una superficie en forma coincidente frusto-cónica en un enchufe, con lo que el movimiento del recipiente en la dirección horizontal se restringe al mismo movimiento horizontal que la placa de lecho y el componente vertical del movimiento giratorio vibracional, cuando excede la gravedad izará el recipiente verticalmente desde pasadores sucesivos, conforme las partículas se fluidizan en el recipiente.
