Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a aparato para material particulado, el cual se caracteriza porque comprende en combinación: un lecho vibratorio, que tiene una placa plana de lecho, un soporte sobre con una flecha dispuesta verticalmente y al menos dos pesos exectricos espaciados verticalmente dispuestos sobre la flecha, al menos uno de dichos pesos siendo ajustable radialmente en relación al otro peso, en que la operación del motor imparte un movimiento vibracional giratorio a la placa del lecho; una base; una suspención aclopada entre la placa de lecho y la base, para aislar la vibración de la placa de lacho; un depósito llevado de manera suelta por la placa de lecho para mantener la materia particulada: madios para restringir el movimiento horizontal relativo entre el depósito y la placa de lecho y para permitir el movimiento vertical relativo entre el depósito y la placa de lacho; y en donde el movimiento vibracional giratorio de la placa de lecho, cuando es mayor que la aceleración de la gravedad, imparte multiples impactos en el depósito con cada revolución de la flecha, de manera que el material particulado en el depósito vibra a frecuencias múltiples para así fluidizar ocompactar el material particulado en el depósito.
