Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la fabricación de un anillo de hermetización con un labio de sellado, en el cual, el material que forma el labio de hermetización, en un estado plástico moldeable se transforma en un cuerpo hueco, y antes o durante su solidificación, se le provee, en la región de la zona dinámicamente hermetizante del labio de sellado terminado, con elementos de reelevación o rechazantes que actúan hidrodinámicamente para la fugas de líquido; y el labio hermetizante obtenido se fija en una caja, caracterizado porque se genera al cuerpo hueco en forma de columna y para conformar los elementos rechazantes o reelevadores que actúan hidrodinámicamente antes de su solidificación se le hace rotar con respecto a planos transversales que presenten entre si una distancia axial y posteriormente el cuerpo hueco se solidifica y entonces se le ensancha axialmente fuera de la región mencionada, en su diámetro y se fija a la caja.
