제1도는 본 발명의 양호한 실시예에 따른 보올 조인트의 제조방법에서, 소켓의 몸체를 주조한 후, 주조에 의해 반완성된 소켓 몸체가 보올스터드의 보올부분에 대해 상대적으로 가동할 수 있도록 압연기의 로울러를 이용하여 소켓의 몸체에 변형력을 가하는 공정을 도시한 설명도, 제2도는 본 발명의 양호한 실시예에 따른 보올조인트의 제조방법 중에서 소켓 몸체를 주조하는 공정을 도시한 단면도, 제3도는 제1도와 제2도에 도시한 본 발명의 양호한 실시예에 따른 보올조인트의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 보올조인트를 도시한 단면도.
Claims (1)
- 보올 조인트의 보올스터드중 보올부를 주형에 넣고, 소켓이 상기 보올부를 둘러싸는 통합구조로 소켓을 주조하는 공정과, 다수의 압연로울러를 이용하여 상기 소켓의 외벽상에 압력을 가하여 소켓을 변형시킴으로써 보올스터드의 보올부가 소켓에 대하여 미끌어져 회전가능하게 하는 공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 보올 조인트의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
