Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la producción de un anillo de hermetización con un labio de hermetización o sellado, en el cual se extruye el material que formará el labio de hermetización en un estado modelable plástico a través de una boquilla o tobera anular y se corta antes o después de la solidificación para formar un manguito en forma de manguera; y en la región que ocasiona la hermetización dinámica en el anillo de hermetización terminado, se provee con elementos retroactivos que actuan hidrodinámicamente, y para la formación de una brida en el manguito en su extremo delantero, se le monta empujándolo sobre una pieza de moldeo que se ensancha continuamente en su diámetro, y se fija con la brida en un anillo de rigidez o refuerzo, caracterizado porque, los elementos retroactivos que actúan hidrodinámicamente se modelan a través de la tobera o boquilla anular y todavía antes de la solidificación del material que pasa por la herramienta de extrusión.
