Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en un módulo de fabricación para separar burbujas cargadas de tintas a partir de una suspensión de pasta aireada de circula por dicho módulo, caracterizadas porque dicho módulo comprende; un cuerpo que define un cono orientado verticalmente, formado una zona de conducción que permite que las burbujas de dicha suspensión aireada ascienda por la suspensión al circularse por dicha zona, medios de entrada conectados a dicho cuerpo y conectadas para comunicar el flujo entre el cuerpo y la fuente de alimentación de suspensión, una salida conectada al cuerpo para dirigir la pasta que se descarga de dicha zona, definiendo la entrada y salidas y el cuerpo un reciente bajo presión sustancialmente cerrado, controles de flujo dispuestos para comunicar el flujo con al menos uno de los medios de entrada, controlando la salida de la pasta y la salida de la espuma el fujo de la pasta y de la espuma para generar una superficie de pasta en dicha zona para la acumulación de burbujas en la misma, controlando también dichos reguladores de flujo de circulación de aire proveniente de dicho módulo para mantener la presión interna del módulo a una presión mayor que la atmosférica, definiendo dicho cuerpo un cono convergente de dicha entrada hacia dicha salida de pasta, estando dispuesta dicha salida de pasta debajo de la entrada, incluyendo dicha salida de espuma un conducto extendido dentro de dicho cono, e incluyendo también dicha salida de espuma un conducto deflector flotante conectado a dicho conducto para restringir el flujo de la suspensión en el interior de dicho conducto.
