Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una pequeña partícula reflexiva que comprende un gránulo de forma tetrahédrica de material plástico y un multiplicidad de esferas de vidrio dispersas substancialmente de forma uniforme a través del gránulo, sobresaliendo algunas de las esferas a través de su superficie externa, la proporción de dichas esferas respecto al material del gránulo es de aproximadamente 30 hasta 60 por ciento por peso; caracterizado porque dicho gránulo tiene una pluralidad de caras planas que se encuentran en un ángulo agudo para formar un borde recto abrupto; el gránulo es de un tamaño y forma tal que cuando se deja caer desde una posición al azar sobre una superficie horizontal pegajosa, una cara plana del gránulo se hunde en dicha superficie en contacto orientado hacia la misma; los bordes abruptos del gránulo forman una cuña para mantener el gránulo en su lugar sobre dicha superficie.
