Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo para uso en filtros activos, el dispositivo comprendiendo una primera etapa de ganancia diferencial con una primera entrada de diferencial y una primera salida de diferencial, la primera etapa de ganancia diferencial incluyendo dos componentes de amplificación, cuando menos cuatro componentes de diodo y al menos un generador de corriente, los componentes de amplificación teniendo una relación substancialmente igual entre corriente y caída de voltaje delantera, cada componente de amplificación teniendo su electrodo de control conectado en contrafase diferectamente a la primera entrada de diferencial, de manera que la diferencia entre los potenciales en los electrodos de control aumenta con el voltaje incrementado a través de la primera entrada de diferencial, los componentes de diodo teniendo cada uno substancialmente la misma relación entre corriente y caída de voltaje delantero que los componentes de amplificación, los componentes de diodo estando conectados en serie en grupos, de manera que haya cuando menos dos componentes de diodo conectados en serie en cada grupo, de cuyos grupos uno primero está conectado en serie con un primero de los componentes de amplificación, mientras que un segundo grupo está conectado en serie con uno segundo de los componentes de amplificación, el segundo grupo incluyendo justamente tantos componentes de diodo que el primer grupo, los componentes de amplificación primero y segundo estando acoplados en contrafase directamente a la primera salida de diferencial, de modo que la magnitud del voltaje a través de la primera salida de diferencial aríe con la diferencia entre la caida de voltaje delantero a través de los componentes de amplificación primero y segundo, caracterizado en que cualquiera del grupo primero y segundo o un grupo tercero y cuarto de componentes de diodo se conectan en contrafase directamente a la primera salida de diferencial, el cuarto grupo conteniendo, en casos apropiados, justamente tantos componentes de diodo como el tercer grupo, habiendo cuando menos un generador de corriente conectado a los componentes de amplificación y/o los grupos.
