Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una disposición de circuito protector de fuentes de energía de modo conmutador, para limitar la corriente de conexión y para proporcionar una protección contra exceso de voltajes, que comprende un capacitor de almacenamiento que forma una fuente de voltaje de baja impedancia para una alimentación de corriente conectada, y un circuito en serie que consiste de una trayectoria de drenado de la fuente de un transistor de efecto de campo y un resistor de medición de corriente para limitación de una corriente de carga que fluye al capacitor de almacenamiento y para la limitación del voltaje de carga que ocurre a través del capacitor de almacenamiento entre la fuente de alimentación de voltaje y el capacitor de almacenamiento, la compuerta del transistor de efecto de campo está conectada a la salida de un circuito "O" cuya primera entrada está conectada a la salida de un amplificador conectado al resistor de medición de corriente para formar un limitador de corriente, y cuya otra entrada está conectada a la salida de un elemento de retardo que emite desde su salida un potencial que vuelve conductor al transistor de efecto de campo cuando se conecta el capacitor de almacenamiento descargado a la fuente de alimentación de voltaje al final de un tiempo de retardo predeterminado.
