Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras a aparato para enfriar una hoja de vidrio conformada que comprende: Una caja de boquilla; un soporte de boquilla flexible enganchado en forma deslizable dentro de la caja de boquilla; una pluralidad de boquillas que se extienden desde el soporte de boquilla flexible y hacia una superficie principal de la hoja de vidrio en donde las partes de boquilla adyacentes a dicha superficie principal forman una superficie de enfriamiento; una pluralidad de cubiertas sobrepuestas teniendo partes centrales que se sobreponen al soporte de boquilla flexible y partes de pierna opuestas que se extienden dentro de la caja de boquilla en donde cada una de las cubiertas rodea por lo menos dos boquillas que se extienden desde el soporte de boquilla flexible y además en donde cada par de cubiertas sobrepuestas adyacentes rodean por lo menos una boquilla común; un mecanismo para flexionar ajustablemente la superficie de enfriamiento por lo que la superficie de enfriamiento generalmente esta paralela a la curvatura transversal de dicha hoja de vidrio conformada.
