Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un neumático exento de cámara que tiene características de sellado al pinchazo cuyo neumático consiste de una banda anular de rodadura de acoplamiento de carrera, dos talones anulares, dos costados, cada costado conecta un lado de la banda de rodadura con un talón anular, una capa o capas de cuerpo de refuerzo que se extienden desde un talón al otro debajo del costado y de las porciones de banda de rodadura y un forro interno que se extiende dentro de la capa o capas del cuerpo de refuerzo desde un talón al otro talón caracterizado en que el forro interno consiste de un laminado de sellado al pinchazo que tiene una primera capa externa y una segunda capa externa que traslapa una capa interna, la primera y segunda capas externas se unen entre sí en el área de traslape, la segunda capa externa queda más hacia adentro del laminado en donde la primera y segunda capas externas consisten de un polímero de halobutilo y la capa interna consiste de un polímero de butilo, el laminado se ha irradiado de manera tal que la capa interna tiene una viscosidad Mooney (ML 1+4 a 100 grados C.) de menos de aproximadamente 12 en donde el polímero de halobutilo de la primera y segunda capas externas del laminado se selecciona de un polímero de clorobutilo que contiene de aproximadamente 97 por ciento a aproximadamente 99 por ciento en peso de isobutileno.
