Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la obtención de isocianatos mediante a) mezclando y reacción de soluciones o bien suspenciones de aminas primarias o bien de sus sales con solución de fosgeno, introduciéndose los productos para indicar la reacción, contínuamente en una zona de mezclado, que presenta al menos un disco de rotor, y el producto previo formado se extrae de nuevo; b) reacción adicional del producto primario formado bajo calentamiento, c) elaboración de la solución de isocianato obtenida para formar las correspondientes isocianatos en bruto y/o puros; el procedimiento está caracterizado porque en la realización de la etapa) la solución de fosgeno se alimenta axialamente con respecto al disco del rotor, y la amina que se encuentra en suspención en la solución de fosgeno pero a una cierta distancia de la misma contra el disco del rotor.
