Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a mejoras a soplador de hollín del tipo de retracción larga para limpiar calderas, y del tipo que incluye: un carro de recorrido moviblemente montado sobre un bastidor alargado y que soporta giratoriamente un tubo de lanceta, siendo el carro movible en una dirección de avance y de retracción a lo largo de una trayectoria de recorrido horizontal predeterminada, entre una posición de trabajo más adelantada y una posición de descanso más hacia atrás; un motor de impulsión reversible; y un cable colocado para impartir un movimiento horizontal al carro de recorrido y un movimiento rotacional al tubo de lanceta; caracterizadas por: un tambor de cable giratorio asociado con el soplador de hollín y montado en una posición fija sobre el bastidor, adyacente a la trayectoria de recorrido y generalmente a la mitad del camino entre las posiciones más adelante y más atrás; una polea de impulsión montada giratoriamente sobre el carro de recorrido; incluyendo el cable de impulsión una sección de cable operativamente asociada con cada extremo del bastidor y que se extiende entre el tambor giratorio reversible y la polea de impulsión, estando el motor de impulsión acoplado mecánicamente al tambor, mediante lo cual la operación del motor de impulsión reversible actúa para hacer girar el tambor a fin de impartir movimiento lineal a las secciones de cable avanzado y retrayendo de este modo el carro de recorrido; un impulsor giratorio montado sobre el carro de recorrido para hacer girar el tubo de lanceta, estando la polea de impulsión y la secciones de cable colocadas y configuradas entre sí, mediante lo cual el movimiento lineal impartido a las secciones de cable durante la rotación del elemento similar a un tambor ocasiona que las secciones de cable giren la polea de impulsión, estando la polea de impulsión acoplada mecánicamente al impulsor giratorio, mediante lo cual la rotación de la polea de impulsión proporciona una entrada de impulsión para el impulsor giratorio.
