Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo asegurador de molde que comprende un cilindro asegurador, ajustado deslizablemente, con un ariete asegurador cuyo extremo frontal está fijado sobre un tablero movible, y un pistón abridor de molde que está ajustado deslizablemente en la cámara del cilindro del ariete asegurador, contra su movimiento hacia atrás, caracterizado dicho dispositivo asegurador porque el cilindro asegurador está dividido en una cámara trasera y una cámara frontal mediante una sección de pistón de diámetro grande del ariete asegurador; el pistón abridor de molde incluye un extremo fijado a una pared trasera interna del cilindro asegurador, y el otro extremo situado deslizablemente en la cámara de cilindro del ariete asegurador; la cámara del cilindro del ariete asegurador está dividida en una primera cámara y una segunda cámara que se abre a la atmósfera mediante una sección de pistón de diámetro grande, provista en el extremo frontal del pistón abridor de molde, y las cámaras trasera, frontal y primera están conectadas a un dispositivo controlador hidráulico que está conectando dichas cámaras traseras, frontal y primera a una fuente de presión de aceite, y que conecta las cámaras frontal y primera a la cámara trasera para un cierre de molde a alta velocidad, que está conectando la cámara trasera a la fuente de presión de aceite y que alivia la presión en las cámaras frontal y primera, para un aseguramiento apretado, y que está conectando la cámara primera a la fuente de presión de aceite, y que conecta la cámara trasera tanto a la cámara frontal como al tanque de aceite, para abrir el molde.
