Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción de acero que comprende cargar una fusión de acero en un recipiente de refinación, equipado con al menos una tobera sumergida; efectuar las adiciones formadoras de aleación y formadoras de escoria, a la fusión; descarburar la fusión inyectando en la fusión, por medio de la o las tuberas, una mezcla gaseosa que comprende oxígeno y un gas de dilución; siendo seguida la descarburación por al menos una reducción o paso de acabado; caracterizado por la inyección de un gas de burbujeo en la fusión, por medio de la o las toberas; siendo enfriadas con gas la o las toberas, durante al menos una porción del procedimiento de producción; mediante lo cual se produce acero que tiene un contenido bajo de hidrógeno.
