Abstract
Date su kompozicije i postupci za stvaranje otpornosti na herbicid i za poboljšanje iskorišćavanje azota u bakterijama, biljkama, biljnim ćelijama, tkivima i sjemenu. Date su kompozicije koje sadrže sekvencu koja kodira polipepti d koji daje otpornost ili toleranciju na herbicidne inhibitore sintetaze glutamina. Kodirajuće sekvence se mogu koristi ti u DNK konstrukti ma ili kasetama za ekspresiju za transformaciju i eksptresiju u biljkama. Kompozicija takođe obuhvataju transformisane bakterije, biljke, biljne ćelije, tkiva i sjemenje. Konkretno, dati su izolovani polinukleoti di koji odgovaraju polinukleoti dima koji su otporni na herbicidni inhibitor sintetaze glutamina. Pored toga, obuhvaćeni su i polipepti di koji odgovaraju ovim ploinukleoti dima.
