Claims (16)
1. lzolovani bakterijski soj koji pripada vrsti S. salivarius, deponovan u Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen GmbH, Braunschweig, Njemačka, sa pristupnim brojem DSM 23307.
2. Bakterijski soj prema zahtjevu 1 za upotrebu u liječenju infekcija i/ili zapaljenja gornjeg respiratornog trakta.
3. Bakterijski soj prema zahtjevu 1 za upotrebu u liječenju infekcija gornjeg respiratornog trakta, poželjno za liječenje infekcija koje uzrokuju bolesti kao što su akutna upala srednjeg uha, recidiv upale srednjeg uha, upale sinusa, nazalne polipoze.
4. Bakterijski soj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što su bakterije u suspenziji, osušene zamrzavanjem ili inaktivirane, pod uslovom da nisu ubljene.
5. Kompozicija koja sadrži bakterijski soj prema zahtjevu 1 za upotrebu u liječenju infekcija i/ili zapaljenja gornjeg respiratornog trakta.
6. Kompozicija koja sadrži bakterijski soj prema zahtjevu 1 za upotrebu u liječenju infekcija gornjeg respiratornog trakta, poželjno za liječenje infekcija koje uzrokuju bolesti kao sto su akutna upala srednjeg uha, recidiv upale srednjeg uha, upale sinusa, nazalne polipoze.
7. Kompozicija za upotrebu prema zahtjevu 5 ili 6 implementirana sušenjem zamrzavanjem bakterijskih kultura, miješanjem sušenjem zamrzavanjem bakterija, bilo u suspenziji sa vodom ili sa dalje pogodnim ekscipijensima i, opciono uz dodavanje dalje aktivnih sastojaka.
8. Kompozicija za upotrebu prema bilo kom zahtjevu od 5 do 7, naznačena time što је količina bakterija poželjno u opsegu između 103 i 1010 CFU, za svaki gram kompozicije.
