Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a vinului alb.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede prelucrarea strugurilor, separarea şi limpezirea mustului proaspăt, introducerea opţională a maielei de drojdii, fermentarea alcoolică a mustului la sec, separarea grosieră opţională a drojdiilor, adiţionarea în vinul tânăr a maielei de bacterii malolactice, fermentarea malolactică, după care în vin se adaugă must în cantitate ce asigură o concentraţie a zaharurilor în vin de 5…15 g/dm3, opţional se adaugă maia de drojdii şi se efectuează refermentrarea alcoolică a vinului cu separarea ulterioară a sedimentului de drojdii şi bacterii.
