Abstract

Изобретение относится к трансдер-мальной терапевтической системе (ТТС) для введения физостигмина в качестве активного компонента, а также к способу ее получения.Трансдермальная терапевтическая система для нанесения физостигмина на кожу состоит из непроницаемого для активного вещества основы клей-кого промежуточного слоя, содер-жащего 40...90% полимерного мате-риала и 0,1...20% физостигминовой основы или его фармацевтически приемлемых солей, а также из защит-ного слоя, покрывающего промежу-точный слой, причем промежуточный слой содержит полимерный материал на основе акрилата и/или метакрилата и 0,1...40% пластификатора, имеющего гидроксильные группы с HLB-значе-нием от 1,1 до 12,0.Технический результат изобретения состоит в повышении прочности и времени фиксирования ТТС на коже и сохранении стабильности физостиг-мина в течение длительного времени.
