Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la agricultură, şi anume la un procedeu de tratare a seminţelor de ceapă comună înainte de semănat. The invention relates to agriculture, namely to a process for treating common onion seeds before sowing.
Este cunoscut procedeul de tratare a seminţelor de ceapă în soluţia apoasă de 0,01% a glicozidei steroidice - ecostim. Dezavantajul acestui procedeu constă în faptul că preparatul ecostim este obţinut din materie primă costisitoare - seminţe de tomate [1]. The process of treating onion seeds in a 0.01% aqueous solution of the steroid glycoside - ecostim is known. The disadvantage of this process is that the ecostim preparation is obtained from expensive raw material - tomato seeds [1].
Problema pe care o rezolvă invenţia constă în lărgirea sortimentului de substanţe biologic active cu efect major asupra activizării proceselor fiziologice. Ca rezultat se majorează semnificativ productivitatea şi calitatea recoltei de ceapă. The problem solved by the invention consists in expanding the range of biologically active substances with a major effect on the activation of physiological processes. As a result, the productivity and quality of the onion harvest are significantly increased.
Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include înmuierea seminţelor de ceapă comună înainte de semănat timp de 15 min într-o soluţie apoasă de 0,01% de 5,4 ́-dimetilcamferol 3-O-β-D-(6 ́ ́-α ́-L ́-ramnopiranozil)-glucopiranozidă, obţinută din plante de Linaria vulgaris Mill. prin extragere cu etanol şi butanol şi separare cromatografică. The process, according to the invention, includes soaking common onion seeds before sowing for 15 min in a 0.01% aqueous solution of 5,4 ́-dimethylkaempferol 3-O-β-D-(6 ́ ́-α ́-L ́-rhamnopyranosyl)-glucopyranoside, obtained from Linaria vulgaris Mill. plants by extraction with ethanol and butanol and chromatographic separation.
Procedeul de obţinere a glicozidei menţionate (în continuare linarozidă) constă în extragerea din plantele uscate cu etanol de 70% a compoziţiei de glicozide, concentrarea extractului şi purificarea ulterioară a acestuia cu cloroform. Produsul final se extrage cu butanol-1, fracţiile butanolice se concentrează şi se separă prin cromatografiere pe silicagel şi Sephadex G-50. În final a fost obţinută suma glicozidelor (3,75 g). Linarozida a fost separată ulterior pe plăci de Silufol în sistemul de solvenţi cloroform:metanol (3:1, vol/vol), avand valoarea Rf 0,45 (Brevet MD 3866, 2009). The process for obtaining the mentioned glycoside (hereinafter linaroside) consists of extracting the glycoside composition from the dried plants with 70% ethanol, concentrating the extract and its subsequent purification with chloroform. The final product is extracted with butanol-1, the butanol fractions are concentrated and separated by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex G-50. Finally, the sum of the glycosides (3.75 g) was obtained. Linaroside was subsequently separated on Silufol plates in the chloroform:methanol solvent system (3:1, vol/vol), having an Rf value of 0.45 (Patent MD 3866, 2009).
Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea productivităţii cepei comune şi a conţinutului de vitamina C şi îmbunătăţirea calităţilor comerciale ale bulbilor. The result of the invention consists in increasing the productivity of common onion and the vitamin C content and improving the commercial qualities of the bulbs.

Cercetările s-au desfăşurat în condiţii de laborator şi în câmp deschis. În calitate de obiect de studiu au servit seminţele de ceapă comună, soiul Diamant. The research was conducted in laboratory and open field conditions. The subject of the study was the seeds of the common onion, the Diamant variety.
În scopul determinării concentraţiei optime de linarozidă, preventiv au fost efectuate testările biologice în condiţii de laborator. Seminţele de ceapă au fost supuse înmuierii timp de 15 min în soluţii apoase de linarozidă în limitele concentraţiilor de 0,0001...0,01%. In order to determine the optimal concentration of linaroside, preventive biological tests were carried out under laboratory conditions. Onion seeds were soaked for 15 min in aqueous solutions of linaroside in concentrations ranging from 0.0001...0.01%.
Rezultatele obţinute în urma testărilor ne permit să concluzionăm că concentraţia optimă a soluţiei de linarozidă pentru sporirea germinaţiei seminţelor de ceapă este de 0,01% (tab. 1). The results obtained from the tests allow us to conclude that the optimal concentration of the linaroside solution for increasing onion seed germination is 0.01% (Table 1).

În scopul determinării germinaţiei seminţelor de ceapă în câmp deschis o parte din acestea au fost înmuiate în soluţie de linarozidă în concentraţie de 0,01% timp de 15 min (invenţia). Pentru comparaţie, cealaltă parte de seminţe a fost înmuiată în soluţia de 0,01% a preparatului ecostim timp de 15 min (cea mai apropiată soluţie). În calitate de martor au servit seminţele înmuiate în apă. Seminţele din toate variantele după înmuiere au fost uscate şi ulterior semănate în câmp cu ajutorul semănătoarei pentru legume. Suprafaţa de evidenţă a experienţei a constituit 90 m2. Experienţa a fost efectuată în 4 repetiţii. In order to determine the germination of onion seeds in the open field, part of them was soaked in a 0.01% linaroside solution for 15 min (the invention). For comparison, the other part of the seeds was soaked in a 0.01% solution of the ecostim preparation for 15 min (the closest solution). Seeds soaked in water served as a control. Seeds of all variants after soaking were dried and subsequently sown in the field using a vegetable seeder. The experimental area was 90 m2. The experiment was carried out in 4 repetitions.
Productivitatea cepei de formă standard, potrivită pentru scopuri comerciale, în varianta cu aplicarea tratării seminţelor cu soluţia de linarozidă înainte de semănat, depăşeşte martorul cu 53,0% şi cu 11,2% varianta seminţelor înmuiate în soluţia ecostim. Numărul bulbilor non-standard, care diferă după mărime şi care nu corespund normelor comerciale standarde, în varianta cu aplicarea linarozidei este mai mic cu 14% şi 6,6% în comparaţie cu martorul şi, respectiv, varianta cu utilizarea preparatului ecostim (tab. 2). *st. - bulbi standard - uniformi după mărime şi masă, calitatea comercială a produsului; *st. - standard bulbs - uniform in size and weight, commercial quality of the product;
**non-st. - bulbi non-standard - de dimensiuni foarte mici sau prea mari, cu masă diferită, care nu posedă calităţile comerciale corespunzătoare. **non-st. - non-standard bulbs - very small or too large, with different mass, which do not possess the appropriate commercial qualities.
Rezultatele studiului privind influenţa glicozidelor asupra indicilor biochimici sunt prezentate în tab. 3. Conţinutul total de zahăr în ceapa colectată de pe loturile cu tratarea seminţelor înainte de semănat cu glicozide, depăşeşte nesemnificativ varianta martor (cu 4,4%). Totodată un indicator important, aşa cum este vitamina C în ceapa obţinută după tratarea cu linarozidă, a crescut semnificativ în comparaţie cu martorul (cu 14%), iar în varianta cu ecostim acest indice a fost mai mic (cu 2,3%) decât în varianta martor. The results of the study on the influence of glycosides on biochemical indices are presented in Table 3. The total sugar content in onions collected from the plots with pre-sowing treatment of seeds with glycosides, insignificantly exceeds the control variant (by 4.4%). At the same time, an important indicator, such as vitamin C in onions obtained after treatment with linaroside, increased significantly compared to the control (by 14%), and in the variant with ecostim this index was lower (by 2.3%) than in the control variant.

Materia primă pentru obţinerea glicozidelor flavonoidice, în special linarozida, este accesibilă şi ieftină. Tratarea seminţelor de ceapă înainte de semănat cu linarozidă reduce semnificativ termenul de încolţire a seminţelor, ceea ce asigură, în condiţii de câmp, apariţia mai rapidă şi mai uniformă a plantelor, obţinerea calităţii bulbilor (uniformitate şi masă egală), sporirea conţinutului de vitamina C şi a productivităţii cepei comune. The raw material for obtaining flavonoid glycosides, especially linaroside, is accessible and cheap. Treating onion seeds before sowing with linaroside significantly reduces the seed germination period, which ensures, under field conditions, faster and more uniform emergence of plants, obtaining bulb quality (uniformity and equal mass), increasing the vitamin C content and productivity of common onion.
