Abstract

Invenţia se referă la compoziţia pentru acoperirea ambalajului şi la procedeul de obţinere a acestei compoziţii, în special pentru borcane fabricate prin metoda de laminare adâncă. Compoziţia include agent peliculogen în formă de lac pe baza unui poliester, care conţine grupe hidroxilice, şi/sau răşinii epoxidice, ce includ grupe hidroxilice, şi/sau copolimerului acrilic, care conţine grupe hidroxilice, în combinare cu un agent de reticulare şi un lubrifiant.Esenţa invenţiei constă în faptul că în calitate de lubrifiant se utilizează o pastă de ceară în cantitate de 0,8 - 8,0 % mas. calculată la 100% mas. de compoziţie pentru acoperire cu următoarea componenţă ( % mas.):Procedeul de obţinere a compoziţiei pentru acoperire presupune o amestecare intensivă a componentelor sus-menţionate.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în faptul că acoperirile obţinute posedă stabilitate înaltă la imprimarea ulterioară, rezistenţă înaltă la abraziune, posedănd simultan elasticitate şi grad înalt de lustru.
