Abstract
Inventia se refera la domeniul farmaceutic, în special la un procedeu de determinare cantitativa a flavonoizilor în materia prima vegetala.Conform procedeului revendicat, se efectueaza extragerea materiei prime vegetale cu etanol de 70…75%, tratarea cu clorura de aluminiu, determinarea fotometrica a densitatii optice a extractului si calcularea cantitatii de flavonoizi, iar înainte de extragerea cu etanol materia prima se extrage cu cloroform, dupa care cloroformul se decanteaza, iar faza solida se usuca, totodata densitatea optica a extractului se determina la 404 nm si grosimea stratului de absorbtie de 0,1 cm, iar cantitatea de flavonoizi se exprima prin cantitatea de quercitina.
