Abstract

Inventia se refera la agricultura, in particular la o metoda de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la temperaturi inalte. Metoda de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la temperaturi inalte include colectarea florilor complet deschise, separarea anterelor si polenului, divizarea polenului in trei parti, amplasarea fiecarei parti in termostate cu trei fonduri de temperatura: 38, 45 si 48°C si tratarea polenului la fiecare temperatura mentionata timp de 3, 4 si 6 ore, semanarea polenului tratat pe mediul nutritiv, care contine, in % mas.: zaharoza 15, acid boric 0,006 si apa distilata restul, si cultivarea lui timp de trei ore la temperatura de 27°C, determinarea viabilitatii polenului dupa raportul dintre numarul de grauncioare de polen germinate si numarul total de grauncioare analizate, exprimate in procente, cu prelucrarea ulterioara a datelor obtinute prin metoda de analiza dispersionala trifactoriala cu determinarea indicilor capacitatii de adaptibilitate integrala dupa valorile medii ale viabilitatii polenului pe toate fondurile de temperatura, capacitatii de adaptibilitate specifica dupa actiunea de lunga durata a temperaturii si capacitatii de adaptibilitate specifica dupa actiunea nivelului inalt al temperaturilor, fiind selectate genotipurile care au indicii determinati mai inalti.
