Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la metodele de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la temperaturi joase.Metoda, conform invenţiei, include cultivareaplantelor în condiţii de temperatură optimă, castrarea mugurilor florali de culoare galben-verzuie, polenizarea artificială peste 3 zile după castrare, cultivarea plantelor peste 10 zile după polenizarea artificială la temperatura de 6ºC noaptea şi de 9ºC ziua timp de 10 zile, şi transferarea plantelor în condiţii de temperatură optimă. Peste 25 de zile după polenizarea artificială se efectuează colectarea fructelor imature, sterilizarea lor, izolarea din fructe a embrionilor, amplasarea lor pe mediu nutritiv şi determinarea procentului de embrioni germinaţi.Rezultatul constă în diminuarea timpului de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la temperaturi joase şi sporirea autenticităţii selectării lor.
