Abstract

Inventia se refera la agricultura, in particular la metodele de selectare a genotipurilor de tomaterezistente la temperaturi joase. Metoda, conforminventiei, include cultivarea plantelor in conditii de temperatura optima, castrarea mugurilor florali de culoare galben-verzuie, polenizarea artificiala peste 3 zile dupa castrare, cultivarea plantelor peste 10 zile dupa polenizarea artificiala la temperatura de 6°C noaptea si de 9°C ziua timpde 10 zile, si transferarea plantelor in conditii de temperatura optima. Peste 25 de zile dupa polenizarea artificiala se efectueaza colectarea fructelor imature, sterilizarea lor, izolarea din fructe a embrionilor, amplasarea lor pe mediu nutritiv si determinarea procentului de embrioni germinati. Rezultatul consta in diminuarea timpului de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la temperaturi joase si sporirea autenticitatii selectarii lor.
