Abstract

Inventia se refera la agricultura, in particular la metodele de selectare a genotipurilor de tomaterezistente la temperaturi inalte. Metoda propusa include cultivarea plantelor la temperatura optima, castrarea butoanelor de culoare galben-verzuie, polenizarea artificiala peste 3 zile dupa castraresi cultivarea plantelor peste 6…7 zile dupa polenizarea artificiala la temperatura de 27°C noaptea si 38°C ziua timp de 10 zile, transferarea plantelor in conditii de temperatura optima. Peste 25 zile dupa polenizarea artificiala se efectueaza colectarea fructelor imature, sterilizarea lor, izolarea din fructe a embrionilor, amplasarea lor pe mediu nutritiv Murashige, Skoog si determinarea procentului de embrioni germinati.
